The winner of the May 1st, 2023 Odenza Vacations Scholarship is Giovanni Beltran from Burlington, Kentucky. Giovanni attended Randall K. Cooper High School in Union and is enrolled at the University of Alabama. He will be majoring in Architectural Engineering.
